Luego de ver la evolucion de la influenza estacional este año en USA, con predominio de la cepa H3N2, debemos estar mas alerta y empezar a buscar activamente casos. Recuerden la epidemia del 2006 en Guatemala, con un brote nosocomial ampli y con el nivel creciente de hacinamiento en los hospitales publicos, y nuestro nivel de comunicacion e intercambio con
Estados Unidos, nos podria llegar este año de la misma manera.
